Rhydian Vaughan Associates is a virtual training company based upon the knowledge and contacts gained over a 25 year period by its principal, Rhydian Vaughan .

Founded by Rhydian Vaughan in 2006 , it has worked with a number of companies delivering one-off events and coordinated training programmes using associates to supply expertise as required. To date the majority of work we have done has been in the area of management and personal skills development.

All associates within Rhydian Vaughan Associates are specialists in a particular field such as communication skills, stress management, business writing , action learning, project management etc. In addition all manage their own client relationships.
